The short version

Lineguard has no accounts and doesn't ask for your name, email or any other personal details. Your game progress stays on your device.

What the game stores on your device

The game saves your progress in your browser's local storage: coins, upgrades, missions, level stars, badges, settings, your best scores and, for the daily run, a record of your best run so you can race its ghost. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can erase it any time under Settings, then Reset progress, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The game also keeps a copy of its own files on your device so it can run offline.

Sharing

When you share a picture, a clip or a challenge link, it goes through your device's own share sheet or clipboard, to the app and people you choose. A challenge link contains only the date of the course and a score.

Fonts

The site and game load their fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to download them. Google's handling of that request is covered by the Google privacy policy.

Advertising

This site may show ads served by Google. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ads Settings, and learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Visitors in some regions are asked for consent before these cookies are used.

Children

Lineguard does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
